Most students enter application season without enough material to draw from. They face a blank page and a deadline. We start earlier than that. Students work with us before senior year to notice what has shaped them, what they care about, and what they want college to make possible. The small moments. The ones they almost did not mention. Those are usually the ones that matter. By senior year, the blank page is not blank. They have a story bank, early drafts, and writing that is theirs.
A college list is not a ranking. It is a set of questions a student has to answer honestly before they can build one well. We work with students to name what kind of learner they are, what environments help them think, and what they want college to make possible. The list follows from that. Not from someone else's criteria. From the student.
We work with students on the Common App Essay, supplemental essays, activities, and recommendation conversations. We also help students think through how they spend their time in high school, so that by senior year, the application reflects four years of purpose, not four years of scrambling. The student submits an application they understand and can stand behind. They can speak to it in an interview. They wrote it.
