Our process is led by iSTORIva™, our signature reflective framework. From the first conversation to the final application, students explore their strengths and passions, build a story bank, and develop a clear sense of who they are and where they belong.

iSTORIva™ Inquiry and Writing Workshops
The Junior Year Workshop · Grades 10–11
Five sessions, two hours each, with handwritten worksheets. In person in New York City or online via Google Meet. Open cohorts and private groups have 6 to 8 students. Students learn the art of close observation, identifying their reflective writing voice, examining their activities with a reflective lens, understanding college list building as a form of inquiry and AI literacy.
Signature workbook included: The College Visit Workbook: Seeing a Campus the iSTORIva™ Way.
What your student leaves with: A Story Bank, The College Visit Workbook, and a way of writing they keep. Written feedback: Five completed iSTORIva™ worksheets, one per session, each returned with written feedback on the student’s writing and strategies towards building their reflective writing voice.
How Students Join
Open Cohorts · Spring and Summer 2027: The Junior Year Workshop runs in the spring of sophomore year and again in the summer before junior year. Contact us for current dates.
Private Group or Individual: Bring your own group of 6 to 8 students and schedule sessions at a mutually agreed time, in person or via Google Meet. Private individual sessions are also available. Contact us to arrange.
